We are a mix of couples and singles in their 30s and 40s who desire to create an environment with deep relational connection amongst ourselves and with God.  Worship and food are regular parts of our time together, and the weekly sermons guide our discussions.  Older kids look after younger kids in the group leader’s home.

The purpose of Faith in Action is to align men and women in serving teams to provide for single moms, widows and the elderly by doing house projects while also offering care and encouragement. Care teams serve their care recipients once a month. We start with a morning breakfast followed by a time of devotion and prayer.  We also spend this time building up and caring for one another while also planning for future action plans and projects. Childcare not provided but age-appropriate children are welcome.

An in-depth Precepts Bible study running throughout the school year. Minimal material costs. Suggested weekly homework, but not required. Anyone is welcome. Softball enthusiasts who enjoy getting some exercise, building friendships, and sharing the love of Jesus with others on the softball field. This group is for men and women who enjoy playing softball. We’ve only had men’s teams recently, but would love to have coed teams if we get more interest. We play in the city church league. Family Support” seeks to bring hope, help, and healing to families of loved ones struggling with substance abuse and other destructive behaviors by providing resources, support, education, advocacy, and healing connections with compassion, understanding, and love.  We utilize faith-based materials to guide out time together.

Our group is an extension of the Traditions worship venue to provide an opportunity for fellowship and more in-depth discussion of the sermon. We begin each week with coffee, refreshments, and fellowship, followed by prayer requests and discussion of sermon, using the prepared discussion questions.  We also do semi-monthly outings, inviting others as an outreach tool and monthly after-meeting lunches for additional fellowship.
