Front Porch
Remember the good ol' days? You know. . . the ones where neighbors used to sit on their front porches, swaying back and forth in their rocking chairs, talking to all their neighbors?
Well, we believe our own front porches can be a kingdom-strategic place for God to love our neighbors through us.
The vision of Front Porch is simple: Sharing life with neighbors. Building God's Kingdom.
What could happen on your Front Porch:
n Host a homemade ice cream night on your front lawn.
n Have a neighborhood bar-b-que.
n Invite your neighbors over for early morning coffee.
n Ask a neighbor to be your walking or running partner.
n Set up a movie night in your garage.
n Make Root Beer Floats on the front lawn and invite the neighbors!
VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
Neighborhood Advocates: Simply pray about how God wants you to influence your neighbors, think of a fun neighborhood-wide activity that you could coordinate or host, put your plan into action, and see what relationships God brings about!
