Jackie Kendall has ministered through teaching and counseling for more than 30 years. Jackie's teaching ministry in and through the local church spans the spectrum from youth, college, singles, and married adults. As President of Power to Grow Ministries, Jackie is a sought after conference speaker for people of all ages and stages of life. Her teaching presentation is hard-hitting, humorous, and healing. Her teaching allows tough topics to become easier to swallow as she spices them with her savory humor and Biblical style. Jackie has chosen a road earmarked by personal vulnerability, accessibility and honesty. She readily admits to being a "fellow struggler" and sees transparency as a most important link in personal growth toward Christ. Out of Jackie's hurt and heartache has come a unique speaking ministry. Jackie's instruction is full of practical insights and off the wall humor that takes you on a journey that will leave you changed.

To make our Girlfriends! ministry possible, we invite you to share your God-given gifts in planning, organizing, and serving! Here are some areas where you can jump in and make a difference ...

• G! Group Coordinators — Developing fun opportunities to share and connect women relationally in like interests: cooking, hiking, scrapbooking, etc. Contact Patty at 330-7191.

• Heart Whisperers -- Girlfriends committed to praying for one another, and for God to use our Girlfriends events and groups to change the lives and hearts of women … one girlfriend at a time. The Heart Whisperers Team would love to include you! Contact Jody (381-4736 / jjjcroth@msn.com) for more information.

• Food Ministry — Purchasing supplies, set-up before potlucks, food preparation, help in the kitchen, clean-up after events. Contact Raquel at 351-6329.

• Event Coordinators — Helping oversee themed events and retreats. Help plan monthly get-togethers. Contact Raquel at 351-6329.

• Spiritual Formation and Bible Study Groups — Helping women grow in their relationship with Christ through the study of God's Word in mentoring relationships, small groups, and spiritual growth retreats. Contact Robin at 330-4208, or Jody at 284-6552.
