Multi-Ethnic
Jesus commissions his followers to “make disciples of all the nations.” Sometimes that means going. But sometimes it is simply being aware of those who have come to us.
l Latino Ministry: In addition to a weekly church service, we provide
free ESL (English as a Second Language) classes, as well as basic
computer classes to those in the community.
l East African Ministry: The East African Community Center will be
using the Cameron Community Center to continue their ministry to
the local East African population.
l Burmese: The Multi-Ethnic Ministry Team continues to build
relationships with the Burmese population as they provide
immediate assistance to newly-arrived refugees.
l International Students: As well as simple, non-threatening times of
getting to know these students, our Multi-Ethnic Team has started
conversation groups where students can practice English language
skills and Bible studies where students can explore the Christian
faith.
