Director of Ministry Development and Assimilation

The Director of Ministry Development and Assimilation (DMDA) is responsible for helping individuals get connected and experience meaningful involvement in the life of Christ Community. We believe this will be accomplished by helping each person offer their whole self in service to God, joyfully investing their time, talents, and treasures for His glory. The DMDA will organize and direct efforts to involve volunteers in ministries and services, focused both internally and externally. They will facilitate healthy communication between leaders, ministries, and team members to ensure the best possible match with organizational needs and volunteer capabilities. In addition, the DMDA will nurture the formation of leaders, and develop teams and processes whereby individuals can explore how their experiences, abilities, passions, personality, and spiritual giftedness relate to God in the midst of their life, community and ministry.
