What is VBS?
Vacation Bible School (VBS) is an annual, week-long event our church provides for preschool age and elementary aged children. Kids will have the opportunity to worship, play games, make crafts, eat snack, and learn about God every day!
When is VBS?
VBS is June 9th through June 13th from 8:30 am to 11:30 am. If you are a crew or station leader, there is a daily meeting at 8:00 am to prepare for the day.
Is there a deadline for registration?
Registration must be completed by June 7th. Online registration will be closed on June 4th.
How can I help?
There are many ways to help- you can become a crew leader and shepherd a group of kids through the week of VBS. You can donate some supplies that will be needed for VBS week (see list at registration table). You can use this as an outreach opportunity and invite families to help and attend. You can pray that the kids who attend will come out with a deeper relationship with the Lord.

What are the age limits for child registration?
Preschool- Our preshool program is for kids ages 4 and 5, your child must be 4 by June 9th. This program is also for kids entering Kindergarten.
Elementary- Kids entering 1st grade to kids entering fifth grade. Kids entering 6th grade through age 15 can be Junior Crew Leaders.
Does the church provide transportation?
Due to the large number of kids we register each year, we are unable to provide transportation.
How much does VBS cost?
Absolutely nothing- VBS is free.
If we have visitors from out of town, can we register them for VBS as well?
Yes, but registration must be completed BEFORE VBS week. Please complete a registration form for every child expected to attend.
Can a child participate in VBS if they do not regularly attend this church?
Absolutely! During VBS we address foundational truths of Christianity in a fun way- this is an event for every kid!
I would like to be a crew leader, can you provide childcare for my younger children?
Yes. We have child care for children 3 years and younger. It is important to know how many children you have that will need childcare, so that we have adequate help. On the crew leader application form, there is a spot for listing names and ages of children needing childcare.
I have older children that want to help, is there a way they can?
Yes. Kids, middle school through the age of 16, can be junior crew leaders and can assist a crew leader with a crew. Anyone older than 16 can be a crew leader. If you are a crew leader and your child wants to be a junior crew leader, you can decide if they will assist you or another crew leader.
